We enjoy running a lot, specifically on forest trails.

Running in forests is powerful. It helps us connect with nature, which promotes a sense of self, well-being, and fulfillment. 

Today, people are glued to their screens and have lost touch with themselves, people, and the outdoors, which is causing a mental health crisis.

It scares us to imagine our world’s future in 10 years.

So, to change the world our way, we started this blog for two reasons:

  1. To inspire, and help you to unplug and recharge by running in nature. 
  2. To promote forest bathing for emotional and mental wellbeing. 

We believe in the incredible power of running in nature to make the world a happier place.

Our dream is to run in as many forests as possible in Kenya and Africa.
